	from their\nbuilding. Given only 30 days notice to get out\, this will be 
	the final ever gig!\n\nAn all day event\, come and get rowdy one more time
	 before one of the countries\nlongest running DIY spaces is washed away in
	 a tide of gentrification.\n\nThe space has meant many things to many peop
	le. Different communities have come\nand gone through the space\, but this
	 gig is a chance to bring diverse circles\ntogether for one last party.\n\
	nStarting at midday and running through till 10pm.\n\n--------------------
